To apply for the standard government rebate, we will need to validate you concession card on our account. Once your card has been validated you will automatically start receiving the electricity rebate and this will reflect on your invoices.

You can find out how to add concession cards or check the status of those already attached to your account on our website.

following your answer, i already confirmed and validated (few months ago) my concession card with AGL.

I know the $1,000 and $300 rebates are automatically paid, but what about the $372? i read the demand has to be done with the electricity provider...

to be precise it's about the low income electricity rebate (QLD) of $372

The low-income energy rebate is automatically applied to your account as your bills are issued. The amount will vary depending on whether your billing frequency is monthly or quarterly.

You are eligible to receive $372.20 (incl. GST per year and is broken down to $0.9270 (excl.GST) per day.
