Latrobe City has changed my residential address, how do I update my account to reflect the change of address?

Hi there @thartrick, if the council has changed your address, we will need a copy of a rates notice that shows the new address so we can send that through to your distributor for you. Once you have that, please reach out to our teams here and they can update the account for you. Thanks- Mark

I don't have a rates notice as I am in a village at Redland Bay
