Regarding the $28 refund.

I think it's a scam. They would have given you a breakdown on how you managed a credit on your account.

If you reply with your EFT details, or open nay link their email supplied, they have got you.

Certainly could be a phishing scam, so best to do what Neil said above and contact AGL.

They will confirm if legit, and if so take steps to sort it out.
