Indian Support Center of AGL-Chat is totally an Useless and Annoying Service.

My Gas bill of $232.47 " from 10 Oct 2022 to 9 Nov 2022 " was incorrect. I requested the Indian Support persons several times to fix this billing problem ASAP. I tried to explain these several times in the Chat. But those Indian support persons were never listen to me, delibarately.

Thank you very much for your reply. All the Chat communications are saved in my chat history. Please resolve my that Gas Bill's issue in 2022 and refund me the over charged amount. Also, I had set up my bills from monthly to quarterly, but still I am getting the monthly bill.
