Is there any concessions or any support provided by NSW government / AGL electricity Providers for temporary residence?

As long as it is an active residential account, you may be eligible for various assistance provided by the NSW Government.

You may also be eligible for EAPA, you can find further information via Services NSW https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/energy-accounts-payment-assistance-eapa-scheme.
