      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37617"&gt;@yv&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The answer is very simple, the top figure is for 8 months&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bottom figure is for 10 months&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why don't you show the figures for 2021 and 2023.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2021 will not be available and 2023 will only be for 7 months....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND you don't have smart meters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SERIOUSLY&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You still amaze me with your answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A year means 12 months.&lt;BR /&gt;2022 is calculated from Jan to Dec, that is 12 months.&lt;BR /&gt;If you divide $3216 to 12, you will &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; get $321.6, no matter what.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BTW, I have smart meter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
