Need power disconnected for a knock down rebuild at a public football ground

Hi,

I Need power disconnected for a knock down rebuild at a public football ground.

The power needs to be disconnected in the pit on the street to cut power to the clubrooms at a football ground. The clubrooms will then be demolished and new clubrooms built and then will be needed to be reconnected.

How do I go about getting the power disconnected?
