AG APP "bought from grid" data

Using the AGL APP, on 16JUL23 at 1130 it shows I bought from grid 2.36kWh ($0.77 no solar), and at 1200 2.99kWh ($0.43 no solar). Both these times are in the shoulder tariff of TOU, (Shoulder being 1000-1500). Why would I have such a disparity on pricing?
