Gas bill way too high

We are a couple and received energy bill of $1700 for a quarter. This is not at all possible as we have been using agl energy for almost 2 years and the max bill is about $100 as per our usage.I raised the concern by calling the team but haven’t received any update over mail till date.

Can someone help to understand how is this possible?
