Power dropping in supply voltage

I’m running hobby 3 phase machinery in my home workshop using single phase into a three phase exchanger

recently I have had start up issues where the power coming into my property drops and the converter won’t start up.

the manufactures have carried out tests on the unit and it’s operating normally, the issue is being caused by a drop in supply voltage.

I try it again early morning and it starts up no problems but if I try after 5pm when everyone is home in the street sometimes it won’t start

can this be addressed so I get a continuous voltage supply??
