Can't log into ebill

When, oh when will ebilling come on line again? I need to check some past bills now. And why can't I just speak to a helpful person at AGL instead of them taking the cheap way out by relying on a "community'? Just reviewing my history and after umpty-nine years am on the verge of going to an opposing company that doesn't have an impermeable wall between it and the customer. .
