Inquire about account activation

I am now a customer of AGL, but I have not received an email confirming what I want to check on the gas used.

Teeraporn,

Gas usage is manually read by a meter reader. Therefore you can only data after a meter read.

What you can do is read the meter yourself and then ring AGL and ask them to give you a usage and cost.

Make sure you check on the web how to read your meter.
