    <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to change my email address in 'Contact Details' but I cannot do that unless I first enter a mobile phone number.&amp;nbsp; I don't have a mobile phone so am unable to make the change as your system will not proceed unless a mobile number is entered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
