Welcome to AGL Community!

That is really disappointing to hear as our App has some amazing self serve options.

We are not aware of any issues that would stop you being able to download it, I would recommend making sure that the operating system on the device you are trying to download it on to is up to date as if this is too old then you will not be able to download it.

If that does not help, contact us so we can investigate this for you.

yes im in he same boat cant download either by phone or laptop , whats the problem .

It should not matter if anyones machine is old should be accepted on any
