&lt;P&gt;As you've rightly pointed out, this second account number is associated with a "non-energy" account which we use to bill our customers for these once-off charges. These account numbers are not compatible with our online services I'm sorry to say.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>AGL have given me two account numbers</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! AGL have given me two account numbers - one for usage and one for "non-energy" charges (eg NMI number allocation, new meter) as this is a new build. When I set up my online account, I did it for the usage account number. How do I add in the "non-energy" account or do I need to set up two separate online accounts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
