Off peak time in Waitara

Could you please advise what the peak and off peak times are in Waitara 2077?

Time of Use charges apply at the following times in Waitara if your meter configured accordingly:

Peak charges apply 2pm to 8pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Shoulder charges apply 7am to 2pm & 8pm to 10pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 10pm on weekends and public holidays.
Off peak charges apply from 10pm to 7am, every day.
