I am trying to get a handle on what we are paying so much money for, why and when we have excess and how AGL arrive at such changes as we seem to suffer.

Are we being paid correctly for what we sell into the grid and at what rates we receive for the same, how much is transit fees and why if possible we are the most expensive power in Australia when we get the gas to make this power in Our state with our asset.

Sometimes, energy bills can fluctuate in usage. Your bill may have gone up due to a super hot summer or an icy cold winter. Rate changes can have an effect on your bill too.

You can monitor your what you energy usage is in your My Account or the AGL Energy app. When you’re logged in, you can view your energy usage so there’s no surprises come billing time.
