      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks David, I did this, just as hard to get understood there too, but a nice lady sorted it, but blind freddy could see that if the summer bill is more than 100% higher than the winter bill, something is wrong. all good now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, keep in mind that Message Us is not live chat - contact is answered there as soon as possible, but often there'll be a delay until a response, the same as there would with an email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
