      <description>&lt;P&gt;This problem has not been solved at all. I have talked to AGL at least eight times and they say there is nothing they can do, &amp;nbsp;Everything was fine until they installed the smart meter. &amp;nbsp;I don't know what to do any more. &amp;nbsp;I guess I will have to go to the electricity ombudsman. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
