Credit on closer account being paid to Revenue NSW

We recieved a letter today (at 6.30pm) that our closed account is in credit and if we didn't contact AGL today the credit would be paid to Revenue NSW.

We called straight away, after being on hold for a long time we got through to someone who said they had to transfer us to someone else, we were placed back on hold for longer until eventually the robotic voice told us 'due to circumstances we cannot take your call' and we had no other option to hang up!
