Is there ANY way of communicating with AGL !!! I have been trying for days !!! Chat .. no response .. queries .. no response .. website, no response. If I can't get a response within 24 hrs from this post I will be CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND MOVING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER !!!!

Very little in the way of emails on the website, none in fact . . .

AI chat is next to useless.

Best thing is to phone (131 245), and surprisingly the waits are reasonable.

I think the lines are open 8am - 6pm, some services are 24/7 but probably not specific depts.

SORRY .. tried that as well .. 3 hours of PLEASE WAIT and we will forward you to the next available menu choice !!! Same response four days running !!! During regular business hours.

I have a Pensioner Concession Card CRN 204 447 ****. When I opened my account (Acct # 7128 522 ***) for electricity supply from AGL at ** Hannan Street, Maroubra 2035 I was informed that I was ineligible for the concessional rate for that supply as my concession card records were asserting that I was residing at my old address of **** Bourke Street, Surry Hills, 2010. I have since updated my details with the Department of Social Security and been issued a new pensioners card with the correct address. I have been attempting, unsuccessfully, to notify AGL of that change and of my eligibility to apply for that concessional supply rate for at least two weeks. I note also that there have been many complaints registered/posted in/on AGL Neighbourhood regarding the inability of your website to accept such edits of information for a number of YEARS. Your attention in this matter is greatly appreciated.
