Gas and Electricity plans

With 1 August next week I phoned 131245 to find out what the latest plans will be. Whoever I spoke to said he would email the new plans which he did but there are no plans there and the links don't work. When I go to my account and go to Change Plan I am told that you are missing some information and I should contact you.

This happened last year and I thought this technical issue would have been remedied by now. All I want to do is to look at the different 1 August plans and compare them. I rang 131245 at 14:16 and it is now 15:19.

I still have not received details of various plans to compare. I assume there is only one electricity plan. Correct?

With gas we are on Seniors Saver but nowhere are details of this plan published. The only plan published that I can see is Smart Saver.. Correct?

I am looking at AGL website and also logining into my account.

My apologies on delay I'm responding to the Private Message as I have done many comparisons.

We do have a few different electricity plans, ranging for those with Solar, batter and electric vehicles.
