Whoever I spoke to said he would email the new plans which he did but there are no plans there and the links don't work. When I go to my account and go to Change Plan I am told that you are missing some information and I should contact you.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P> <P>This happened last year and I thought this technical issue would have been remedied by now.&nbsp; All I want to do is to look at the different 1 August plans and compare them.&nbsp; I rang 131245 at 14:16 and it is now 15:19.</P> <P>Regards</P> <P>Janice AGL Ac.
