Unusually high electricity bill

I posted in this forum awhile ago about a recent bill that was around three times higher than my normal bill. After conversations and emails to the resolution centre I didn't receive a satisfactory response. There was no practical reason for any higher usage during this billing period and for a few days when the usage was supposedly high we were actually away. I'm now moving to another energy supplier.

I can appreciate why an unexpected increase in your bill would be concerning, and I'm sorry to hear about the dissatisfaction after raising it.

I know this is something that I personally looked into and I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to look into this for you.
