Can i set up up direct debit contributions per month to go towards and upcoming electrcity bill? And if so, how do I set this up? The direct debit option online doesn't allow me to enter a specific amount. It appears to allow debit the full amount of the bill.

Hi @LMJ

You can set up Bill Smoothing, this looks at what your usage has been and breaks it down to smaller amounts to pay.

Otherwise, what @NeilC suggested is also an option that you'll be able to follow to do this yourself.

Thank you, Chris
