    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone! Long story short, Paid my gas bill on the 9th of Oct, checked my portal yesterday and it said the bill was overdue, panicked and paid again. After checking with customer support they told me the 1st payment has alreayd gone through, it just didnt get updated yet. so will my 2nd payment turn into a credit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
