Deceased estate

9years ago my mother died and I have been getting a letter with a credit amount of $31 sent to my mother at my address. The addresses that she passed at 9 years ago after leaving Melbourne 12 months prior, the time which the account was closed.

For nine years I have been ring AGL to get this post stopped as it triggers unnecessary stress and trauma and am assured that it will be resolved but it continues and I am at my wits ends on how to get you to stop sending me correspondence about this credit. I cannot cash the money as it will be in my mother’s name and I would have to open and pay a fee for a deceased trust account, it would not be worth my while. I just want the letters to stop of send me a cheque for the said amount. John
