      <title>Unable to verify ID</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to sign up to the AGL EV night saver plan, however at checkout, I am greeted with the response Unable to verify ID. I have tried both medicare card and passport with the correct details (as I do not have a drivers license) however both have failed despite being valid documents with correct names. I have tried contacting via web chat, however they simply said 'doesn't work', and tried ringing 131245 however there seems to be no option to sign up a plan? Is there anyway I can chat with a real person to understand why I cannot verify ID. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
