    <description>&lt;P&gt;Still no explanation as to why, but logging into my account made it clearer that the 4 days have just been added to my previous account. I'll now pay the updated account and ignore the earlier one.&amp;nbsp; Thanks to the info in this forum I've now reverted back to quarterly billing. As others have said, AGL should have made the change to monthly billing opt-in, rather than opt out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After being moved to monthly billing without my consent, I've now received a bill for the grand total of 4 days! No explanation as to why. Not only that, the amount I'm to be charged looks to be completely wrong. My solar monitoring system tells me those 4 days were sunny, yet the bill is for more than the whole amount of the previous month. The AGL contact system looks very customer unfriendly. How can I get this error rectified?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
