    <description>&lt;P&gt;There should be the availability of applications on line through the AGL account to initiate a withdrawal of the credit balance.&lt;BR /&gt;Going through the call centre or online ‘chat’ takes far to long and I am worried about the safety issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this a work in progress please as it has taken me to many hours over the last 2 days along many phone calls and on line chats with conflicting information to finally get it done. I’m exhausted!. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE is this eventually going to happen or perhaps it’s a work in progress.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;What I went through should not have be necessary. Therefore please advise?? &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
