When should I switch from AGL to different provider to avoid delay?

Hello,

I've just switched to AGL and the three month billing cycle has just started on the 20th of June. I intend to switch to a different provider around about the start of September.

What is the best date to initiate transfer? I don't want the switch to be delayed and/or attract exist fees.
