    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just saw a social media post where someone asked about battery, and an AGL reply said . . .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"this plan does not require you to have a battery - however, if you do have one, and you'd like to switch to this plan, then yes - it must be an AGL supplied battery.&amp;nbsp;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So pretty useless to most solar users, and those that have a battery that you didn't get through AGL.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Interesting to see this coming along.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Great for non solar / renters etc that can self consume from 1000-1300.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;This could be good for smaller size PV owners with a battery, for charging up on poor production winter days too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The devil may be in the detail, other hours tariffs and daily supply charge, but good to see some different ideas from AGL and some other retailers offering similar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.agl.com.au/about-agl/news-centre/2025/july/agl-offers-three-hours-of-free-electricity-usage-daily-as-part-of-a-new-energy-plan-in-south-australia" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.agl.com.au/about-agl/news-centre/2025/july/agl-offers-three-hours-of-free-electricity-usage-daily-as-part-of-a-new-energy-plan-in-south-australia&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
