      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using the app for a very long time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have always been able to check my electricity usage and cost daily. I have also been able to send a meter read for gas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the app was I believe updated about 3 weeks ago, since then I have not been able to get my electricity details at. I phoned AGL and discussed my problem and was told to delete the app then download again and wait 24 hours. I have done this 3 times now and I still can’t get my electricity details. I would appreciate &amp;nbsp;this problem being rectified.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
