      <title>Billing error and NO PHONE support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been sent two bills of different amounts for the same period.&amp;nbsp; On my first call to the accounts dept, I wanted 45 minutes only to be told to call back.&amp;nbsp; I have now been on the phone with them for over an hour but they DO not answer the phone.&amp;nbsp; I do not know how to action this.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to go to the ombudsman.&amp;nbsp; AGL has the very worst customer support.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The send me reminders to pay the bill, but I have no idea which one,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
