Missing velocity points

Hi, I signed up to AGL on the 21/6/24. There was a Velocity bonus points offer if I signed-up before the 30/6/24 where I would receive 10K points for electricity after 45 days. However, I just checked my account and I have never been credited my promised points. Please investigate this ASAP. Account number is * Personal Information Removed *
