The latest online bill has gone from a simple 2 page affair (other pages irrelevant) from which you could see quickly and simply all of the cost and concession components to a complex and confusing online computer dance designed by a computer nerd with little real world experience of what is important to get to quickly.

Thats not the worst Im afraid, I have been trying to get a $ 1200:00 refund from a $ 1963:96 Credit. Now this is a world of HURT as it is " MY MONEY ", Not AGL,s. I,ve decided to Cancel AGL for another Carrier. as soon as I can get though ??????? Good Luck.....
