I got a call from 02 8229 5702 claiming to be AGL and to check my Plan, I didn't answer any questions they "checked" and said I was on the best plans.

Is this a scam or really from AGL.

I had the same call. When I asked them to send me an email instead so that I could verify they were from AGL he said he couldn’t do that

Dear MEGAN,
AGL does not want to give me an OVERPAYMENT
REFUND, Not what the GOVERNMENT put into my account but the EXCESS Only.
AGL wants me to SUFFER. Well next year I am MOVING to another Electricity
Co. Then AGL will have no other choice but to REFUND ANY & ALL the money,s
that AGL are KEEPING Without my PERMISSION.
I do NOT Like what AGL has done not only to me, a Disability Support
Pensioner Recipient, 1st Cancelling my Pay on time discount, then adding
30% on top of that. I hope you now know why I do NOT LIKE ( AGL ). It's
that simple

Sick of waiting 100 years on the other end while someone gets off their behind and answers the phone. You govt companies must get rid of your AI, it's not helping us customers and ony adds to the delays. Can a rep contact me, thanks.

Was it paid through debit card or BPay bc you can ask them to return it that way.
