My account is in credit and want the money back but it is a bill smoothing account how do I get the credit paid back to me?

The purpose of Bill Smoothing is to effectively manage your account over a 12 month period.

By requesting a refund now, there is a possibility your future Bill Smoothing payments will increase, however if you wish to have your credit refunded we can action this for you.

My account is currently in credit for the amount of $1143.76 as at the issue date of the last bill 12 November 2024.

I would like to get a refund of $900.00 from my account please.
