I cannot access personal account details, but there could be several reasons why the $300 payment hasn't been added to your account. It could be due to a processing delay, where payments sometimes take a little longer to reflect. ** Removed Link **

The Federal Government rebate is applicable to every domestic account holder - I haven’t received mine either so why are you making excuses?
