How do I access money that's showing in credit in my account on my power bill this is from feedin from my solar ??

Hi bluey2020,

Great question!

You can request to have any credits currently sitting on your account be refunded directly to your bank account by contacting our customer service team via web chat here. If you find you're in credit at the end of most billing periods, I encourage you to request 'periodic refunds'. This means that solar credits will be refunded to you automatically every billing period.
