Hi there,

I’m now in the process of moving to a new house but I don’t want to lose the money balance in my current account. Do I need to open a new account for the new house and if so, is there a way to transfer that balance ? Or can I simply change my home address in my current account? Thanks

HI Neighbor, When you sign up for your new address you can request for the credits in your old address to be moved to your new address. You will not loose any of your credits. Cheers, Deepesh
