Why do I have duplicate general usage next on my bill

My gas bill has 3 charges

General usage,

General usage next (with the exact same MJ as the general usage),

General usage next.

Why do I have two general usage next charges, and why does the MJ exactly match the general usage. Am I being double charged for the general usage allowance?

Your gas tariff structure is set out into blocks, these are determined by your gas distributor. Based on your usage across your billing period your usage is charged at the applicable threshold and rate. You typically will pay more for the first block of usage; this will lower as your usage is calculated at the next block. This can vary depending on the amount of gas you have used for the billing period.
