History Bill Request

Hey,

I moved home in March this year. Now, I am collecting my historical bills for tax purposes, but I just realized that my previous bills for my old addresses were not available anymore in my account. How could I get them from AGL?

Hi Youyou, Historical bills are archived after a while. However, we can email you individual bill copies or an account summery statement which has all bills issued, dates and amount; whichever works best for you. I will send you a private message shortly to discuss further. Cheers, Deepesh

Can I have the same. I am trying to collate my solar savings and I was with AGL from Dec 2021 to Nov 22. I found the emails with the bill total(s) but there is no way now of downloading the actual pdf since I am no longer a customer...
