If i have smoothpay (bill smoothing) set up and i have then received the $1000 Government Rebate on my account will AGL continue to take the full smoothpay amount or will the amount be recalculated for that year?

Great question!

Your Bill Smoothing payments will continue on your account, however, when the next periodic review occurs the system will review the arrangement and provide the available options moving forward.

We will notify you of the status of your arrangement once the review occurs; however, we can check to see when your next periodic review is scheduled, I'll send you a message and get some further details from you.
