This is what AGL alleges. But when I check their latest Value Saver plan that would cost me at least AUD300 more per year 🙂

Victorian Energy Regulator comes out with the stupidest idea ever; imagine having the same rule for tradies, used car salesmen, or say woolies or coles. They should put up a big sign saying you can by this item cheaper somewhere else 🙂

Hi Clever_rob, The first page of your energy bill usually states if you are on the best plan and if there are other plans that may benefit you. I will send you a private message shortly to discuss where the gap in saving calculations are so this can be rectified. Cheers, Deepesh
