    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/131029"&gt;@Bp1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With monthly billing I assume you have a smart meter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It takes AGL about 3 days to process the bill, so I would expect you will get it today (if you have it e-mailed to you).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday was 4th, so if you add 26 to that it will be the 30 June when your next bill is due.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;AGL please advise why account due to be received on 1 June has not been received and online advice is next bill is due in 26 days when this will be for June and not May.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;how many platforms do customers have to use to use to get a simple answer from AGL&lt;/P&gt;</description>
