Does the old property still show as connected or does it show disconnected? Usually, once the service for a property is disconnected it shows up on your profile as "Disconnected" for a few weeks and then gets subsequently removed from your profile. This is to help with accessing bills and payment data after you've moved out from a property. Hope this helps.
