I have had to make new Bank accounts as I was hacked I'm pre sure and money stolen in process of getting it back as no previous payments have been taken and I have a large bill obviously I need my power to stay on so help please

I am also in need to set it up as small installments until I am able to access inheritance and pay my bills in full
