A credit was applied but a calculation is missing. If I download the bill, it shows $505, when actual bill is 393.

It looks like the credit would have been applied subsequently to the bill being issued. In which case, you'd pay what is showed as currently owing ($393.07) not what was shown on the historical bill at the time it was issued.
