Charged for overdue but was put on payment arrangement??

I am shocked to have been charged with not only a whopping $330 overdue charge for a bill that I set up payment arrangements for but was charge the whole $731 all at once! That’s my whole pay check gone and I have a baby to feed!!! I’m disgusted that even after setting up payment arrangements which you guys do to help support people but then over charge them a ridiculous amount then take all the money anyway!

An overdue charge on your bill usually refers to any previous unpaid balance that has been brought forward to your latest bill. I want to look into this further to ensure you are supported.
